The American Heartworm Society (AHS) is considered the source for cutting-edge information on heartworm disease and is dedicated to furthering scientific progress and promoting effective procedures for the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of heartworm disease. Germinder & Associates, Inc. has been partnering with the American Heartworm Society under sponsorship by Fort Dodge Animal Health, as well as in direct collaboration since 2003. During that time, we have created identity systems, developed sponsor packages, written and distributed press releases and produced content for their Web site, www.heartwormsociety.org, to make an impact on the veterinary and pet-owning community. From these strategic efforts, the AHS has seen increased visibility through thousands of media impressions, greater traffic to the Web site and increased sponsor funding.
By working with Germinder & Associates, the American Heartworm Society has reaped the benefits of the agency's professionalism and experience in the animal health industry. Their contacts have been a tremendous asset to the Society and have allowed us to reach our goal of educating the veterinary community about heartworm disease.
